You use a logic e-mail campaign when you need to set up sending several e-mails one after another based on a click on a particular link.
We use this type of campaign most often when sending invitations to a workshop or a talk with a fixed date. Using this logic campaign we then send a reminder e-mail a precise number of days before the date of the event, following up on the invitation. This reminder e-mail is sent automatically to everyone who did not click the sign-up button. There is a whole range of ways to use it, this is one of them.
How to proceed when creating it
In the upper menu, in the E-mail campaigns section, choose "Create new campaign". Name the campaign in the following window and click the "Create" button in the "Logic" part.
On the "Settings" page pay attention to a few fields. The first setting on this page is the language selection. In the "language" field you can choose the language in which all the so called supporting texts of the e-mail are displayed, such as the unsubscribe text, the content of the unsubscribe page or the text about the option to view the e-mail in a browser. If you send an e-mail to German speaking recipients, for example, this setting lets you display all these supporting texts in German.
Using the "Show the campaign to users" field you can also invite other users into this campaign. They will then see this campaign in the e-mail campaign overview in their account after logging in to Quanda.
The "Admin" role sees all created campaigns in their account after logging in to Quanda, regardless of who the campaign manager is. The manager can be changed on this page as well.
The "Project manager" role sees all campaigns they created in the e-mail campaign overview in their account after logging in to Quanda, and also all campaigns they were invited to.
The "Consultant" role only sees the campaigns they were invited to in the e-mail campaign overview in their account after logging in to Quanda. If the "Consultant" role creates a new e-mail campaign, they have to invite themselves into that campaign. If they do not do this, they lose the rights to the campaign they are currently creating once the "Settings" page is saved and will not be able to continue preparing it.
You will find more details here > User roles.
None of these items set on the Settings page can be changed once the logic e-mail campaign has been sent.
If you have everything set up the way you need, continue by clicking the blue "Save and recipients" button.
