Quanda has four types of user roles.
Admin (Administrator)
The Admin role is intended for overall system administration. A user with the Admin role has the highest rights and can add, edit and delete contacts, companies, projects and users. The maximum number of Admin roles is 2.
Manager
This role differs from Admin only in that it cannot add, change or delete users. It can create, modify and delete everything else. It "sees" the entire history of all created projects, that is e-mail campaigns, surveys and forms. It sees all contacts and companies, and can export everything.
Project manager
The "Project manager" role is intended for normal use of the system. However, it cannot add, edit or delete users. It has access only to projects it created itself or to which another Project manager, Manager or Admin invited it, that is set it up as a collaborator. It sees all contacts and can export them.
Seller
The "Seller" role is the role with the lowest rights. Just like the Project manager, it cannot add, edit and delete users. On top of that it only sees contacts and companies for which it is set as the owner, it cannot delete and export contacts, and it cannot delete companies and projects created by other Project managers.
It can create and change projects itself, but it has to be selected in the "Collaborators" list when the project is created. If it does not do this, after saving the Settings page it loses the rights to that project and will not be able to edit it further or see it on the overview.
