A logic e-mail campaign lets you create several e-mails within this one campaign and set them to be sent one after another depending on whether recipients clicked or did not click a marked link.
When building the e-mails themselves, proceed the same way as when building an e-mail in a simple e-mail campaign. You can take inspiration from some of the ready-made templates or create your own e-mail.
When creating links, pick and mark the key link or links using the "Record the click for the logic campaign" option. This option is available in the section for creating links.
All recipients who click links marked this way after the e-mail is sent are automatically set as recipients of the next e-mail in the "Yes" branch. Those recipients who do not click links marked this way are automatically set as recipients of the next e-mail in the "No" branch.
So do not forget to mark at least one link this way. If you do not mark any of the links, all recipients are automatically set as recipients of the next e-mail in the "No" branch.
We will talk about setting the order in which the e-mails are sent and the sending logic in the next part. At this point it is important to remember that the links you want to work with further have to be marked with the "Record the click for the logic campaign" option.
Once you have the first e-mail built, click the "Save and add another" button at the end of the page. Proceed the same way when building the next e-mail. This way you can create and connect several e-mails within this one logic e-mail campaign, across up to three levels.
In every following e-mail, do not forget to mark the key links that should be tracked. In the last e-mail, which no further e-mail follows, you can leave the links unmarked.
Once you are happy with the e-mails, check the marking of all the key links that should be tracked once more, then click the "Save and Logic settings" button at the bottom of the page and continue to the page for setting the order in which the individual e-mails are sent.
