1. To whom you grant consent
You hereby grant consent to the company Quanda International s.r.o., with its registered office at Národních hrdinů 44, Dolní Počernice, 190 12 Praha 9, company ID: 02285665, VAT ID: CZ02285665, registered in the public register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 217649 (hereinafter the „Controller“), that, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter the „Regulation“), it may process in particular the personal data stated below.
2. What personal data of yours we will process
- first name
- surname
- e-mail address
- system data (information on the handling of the e-mail message)
3. Purpose of the processing of personal data
- The first name, surname and e-mail address will be processed for the purpose of inclusion in the database for sending a professional article, e-book, infographic, survey results, study and the like.
- The system data will be processed for the purpose of creating statistics for the needs of the Controller.
- In the processing of the above personal data, the Provider uses profiling, for the purpose of improving the quality of the Services and creating individually assembled content of commercial communications, whereby it does so on the basis of its legitimate interest, i.e. for the reason under the provision of Art. 6(1)(f) of the Regulation.
4. How long we will process the personal data
The personal data will be processed for a period of 2 weeks from the granting of consent, unless you extend this period.
5. How you can withdraw your consent
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending a letter, an e-mail or by clicking on the link in the commercial communication. Withdrawal of consent will result in the sending of commercial communications being stopped.
6. Who processes the personal data for us
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller; however, the personal data may also be processed for it by the following processors:

- a list of further entities to which the personal data will be made available will be submitted by the Controller at the Data subject's request
