On this page you will find all the e-mails you created. The e-mail that was created first sits in the first place of the tree structure lower down the page.
Using drag & drop, grab the tile representing a created e-mail and drop it onto the marked place in the tree structure. That is how you start building your logic e-mail campaign. If for some reason you need to replace even the first e-mail, put another one in its place.
The tree structure always branches into a "Yes" branch and a "No" branch. The e-mail sitting in the "Yes" branch is sent to all recipients who clicked the marked link in the previous e-mail. The others, who did not click the marked link, receive the e-mail in the "No" branch. If a slot for an e-mail is empty, no e-mail is sent.
For every further level you can set the number of days after which the clicks on the marked links should be evaluated and the next e-mails sent. You set this value for each level in the "Send the next e-mail after" part.
So if you set 7 days and send the first e-mail on 1 April at 10 am, for example, Quanda starts sending the following e-mails on 8 April at 10 am, according to which of the recipients did or did not click the marked links.
Unlike automation in a simple e-mail campaign, the time is not counted from the moment of the click, it is tied to the date and time the previous e-mail was sent. So if someone clicked the marked link on 1 April at 1 pm and someone else on 7 April at 6 pm, they both receive the next e-mail from the "Yes" branch on 8 April at 10 am. Regardless of when a recipient clicks the tracked link, the next e-mail from the "Yes" branch is sent to them on 8 April at 10 am. At the same time, the e-mail from the "No" branch is sent, if it is set, to all recipients who did not click the tracked link.
