Unlike a simple e-mail campaign, the e-mail editor in an e-mail series lets you create up to 150 e-mails that form the individual parts of the series. You see their list right on the "E-mail editor" page.
When building the individual e-mails, proceed the same way as when building an e-mail in a simple e-mail campaign. Once you are happy with an e-mail, we recommend saving the e-mail you just created as a template. After saving the template, click the "Save and add another" button at the bottom of the page. Then use the template you just saved for the new e-mail and change its content. This way you speed up building the individual parts of the e-mail series a lot. Individual parts can also be moved, copied or deleted.
A special feature you will find in the "Action" column is the option to add or remove tags for contacts that have just gone through the individual parts of the series. This way you can move contacts into another follow-up series if they go through its last part, for example, or place them into another parallel series by adding a tag. By removing a tag you can in turn remove a contact from the series that is currently running.
When you have all the parts created and their order set correctly, continue to the "Sending" page.
