Results of a bulk contact import

Once Quanda finishes the contact import, it shows the "Import results".

On this page you will find information about how many contacts and companies were imported, how many contacts were skipped because of duplicate e-mails, how many contacts were updated or how many faulty records were found, and much more.

If some contacts could not be imported, you will find a table with a detailed list of errors on this page. In this table you will find the number of the line the error occurred on, pointing to the line in the file you import the contacts from. In the other columns of the table you will then find information about which column the values were imported from and into which field in Quanda, and the value the error was in.

If you see only a handful of faulty records in this table, you can add or correct these contacts manually. If there are more errors, we recommend correcting the faulty data in the file you import the contacts from and repeating the transfer.

If you got the contact file by exporting from your CRM, accounting or other program where you keep your contacts, we recommend correcting the source as well, so that this data is already fine for the next export.

If you created salutation automations during the contact import, you will find the salutations that could not be created on the contact management page (… / Settings / Salutation management). In that table you can fill the missing salutations in and save them right away.
