Inserting a table into the editor

When building an e-mail campaign you can add a table in the editor as well, and there are several ways to do it:

  • If you have a table built the way you want in another program, one option is to take a screenshot and insert the table into the editor as an image.
  • If you have the table in Excel, for example, you can copy it (Ctrl + C) and paste it (Ctrl + V) into a text field. For correct display we recommend inserting a table narrower than the whole e-mail. The table must only contain text or number values, no images.
  • A table can also be inserted through an HTML element. On request we can provide you with the code for a table you can fill the values into yourself. In that case the table is responsive and you have a guarantee of correct display (on desktop and on mobile).
  • For large tables we recommend inserting them through a button, giving the recipient of the e-mail the option to download the table from a storage service you upload it to in advance.
    • Save the table into a PDF file on Google Drive, for example, then through the share button (sometimes hidden under the 3 dots) in the Get link section, change it to "Anyone with the link" and paste the copied link into a button in Quanda.
