Adding e-mail senders to the safe senders list

Some e-mail clients have it set by default not to display images in the e-mails they deliver. You can add Quanda to your safe senders, for example, so that test e-mails are displayed automatically including the images.

For MS Outlook:

You add people to the Safe Senders List like this:

1. On the Home tab, click the Junk button and then Junk E-mail Options.
2. On the Safe Senders tab, tick the Automatically add people I e-mail to the Safe Senders List box.

For Thunderbird:

You add people to the Safe Senders List like this:

1. On the main page, click the three bars icon and then Options.
2. In the Privacy - Mail Content section, click Exceptions.
